Abdul-Aziz Sulley is a Corporate Governance, Regulation, and Enterprise Risk specialist with over 12 years international and local experiences in the areas of   banking and financial services, legal compliance, risk management, produce buying (cocoa), transport and construction. He is currently the   Administrative   Manager of  Transroyal Ghana Ltd with responsibility for corporate governance, legal management,  and enterprise risk management.

Since 2016, as the Managing Director and Company Secretary of Data Partners Ghana, a corporate consultancy firm, he led consultancy in the areas of corporate governance and public relations. After his Masters of Law (LLM) in International Business Corporate and Finance Law, from the Liverpool John Moores University, Abdul-Aziz became a Legal Advise Officer at the Greater Manchester Law Centre, where he worked on the employment Legal Advice Clinic and took part in many campaigns for legal rights.

In his capacity as a Risk and Legal Compliance Manager at the Royal Bank Ltd (now Consolidated Bank Ghana), he led the legal compliance function, in planning, coordination, regulatory reporting, corporate governance, audits among others. He was also a Chief risk and compliance coordinator, and anti-money laundry reporting officer. He has authored various governance/compliance policies and procedures and facilitated various strategic planning and employee training sessions. He was also in charge of Business Continuity management, ensuring that the bank operates efficiently and in compliance with statutory and regulatory provision. He was a member and secretary to various committees such as the credit, and Information Security Steering Committees.

He holds diverse degrees and professional certifications including a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Ghana. Others are ; Diploma in Public Relations from the London College of International Business Studies; Diploma in Business Administration and Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICM-UK, Certificates in Company Law and Intellectual property Law from BPP-UK.

He is a registered member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators of the UK, and associate member of the Ghana Institute of Risk Management.
